Steps
- 1
Range names
L is a lap, S a sector, T a corner and ST a straight between two neighboring corners, for example T1 → T2. Region is the umbrella term for Full lap, sectors, corners and straights.
- 2
Lap roles
In a comparison, the first lap is the reference lap, the second the comparison lap and the rest overlay laps. With no lap chosen, the range is the entire recording.
- 3
Invalid and changeover laps
An invalid lap, such as an out lap, an in lap, an incomplete lap or a lap with a GPS gap, cannot be picked for comparison. A changeover lap crosses a rider change and is left out of riders' best laps.
- 4
Channel types
Recorded channels come from the file. Corrected channels apply a unit or value correction, with the recorded values kept as “name · Raw”. Calculated channels come from saved calculations.
- 5
Statistics and mark types
Minimum value, Maximum sample value, Sample mean, Time-weighted mean, RMS and Maximum absolute value summarize a channel in each region. Among marks, events are instants; continuous marks are intervals, states or values.

Keyboard shortcuts

Good to know
Reference apex
A fixed point saved in the track calibration. Lap tables read each lap's value as it passes this point.
Display unit
Changes how a lap table shows values, with compatible conversions only. It is separate from a correction's output unit.
Maximum absolute value
Takes the absolute value of every sample, then the maximum: for −293 and +192 the result is 293. Minimum value and Maximum sample value keep their sign.
Sample mean and time-weighted mean
Sample mean weights every sample equally; Time-weighted mean weights each value by how long it lasts.
Missing values and coverage
A blank cell means no result is available, which is not the same as 0. Coverage shows how much of the range has valid data.
Shortcut labels
Shortcuts show ⌘ on a Mac and Ctrl on Windows. On a Mac, ⌘, also opens Settings.
