Privacy

This notice explains what happens to personal data when you visit lattiro.com or write to us. The Lattiro app and Lattiro accounts will have their own notice, published when accounts open to the public.
Who is responsible
Hajimi Co., Ltd. (ハジミ株式会社), N&E BLD. 6F, 1-12-4 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061, Japan, is responsible for this website. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@lattiro.com.
When you visit the website
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or third-party analytics, and the website stores nothing on your device.
To deliver the pages and keep them safe, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the time of the request, the address of the page, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We see this only as aggregate statistics, such as the number of visits per page and country, and we do not keep the raw records ourselves.
We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
If you write to beta@, partners@, support@ or privacy@lattiro.com, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you choose to tell us — for a beta application, typically your team, championship, loggers and plans for the season.
We use this only to answer you and, for beta applications, to decide on and run the beta. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering messages and, where you ask to join the beta, steps taken at your request before an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Mail sent to lattiro.com addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox at Google (Gmail).
We keep correspondence as long as we need it to answer you and to run the beta, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Who else processes the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects it from attacks and forwards our email, acting on our behalf.
- Google (Gmail) stores the mail we receive, under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Data outside your country
We are based in Japan, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States and other countries; those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information you may also request disclosure, correction and suspension of use.
Write to privacy@lattiro.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to a data-protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16.
